All orders ship within 24-48 hours after being placed. Shipment time can take up-to 5-7 days. You will receive tracking information in your inbox via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

All items are sent from either our Melbourne or Sydney warehouse unless otherwise stated on product description.

In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

PREORDER & BACK ORDERS

HOPD offers customers early purchase on exclusive and popular products.

Pre order items are generally listed in the items product page with a rough ETA of despatch. You will be notified via email on the progress of your pre-order should there be any delays. Your pre order will automatically be despatched when stock arrives to our warehouse.
